I have recently purchased Sony Ericsson txt pro. I am found that when I send messages I do not get delivery report. So I keep assuming that did my message reached the recipient or not. This is quite frustrating. Kindly help me. Any help will be appreciated.
Go to Settings>>Message and calendar settings>>Messaging>>Delivery report>>On.
Check with your network operator that is delivery report subscription is activated on your mobile or not.
Unfortunately, there is delivery report option in message settings. I have checked out with my network operator and also got it updated but that also not helping me. In the message settings there are only these options: Service Centre, MMS Profile, Area Information, Push Messages, SIM Messages. What should I do it is very annoying????
I think your mobile’s software customization do not support delivery report. I will suggest you to emove the battery of your phone and send me SI number which is encrypted in SI XXXX-XXXX format. You yourself cannot activate but your carrier can easily do that. So please give me the SI number as fast as you can.

I have flashed the txt pro with latest software for your SI number and it has the delivery report option. Try master reset your mobile phone.
I think you should call the Sony Ericsson service center. They will give you detailed and accurate information about your issue. There are trained and skilled experts in the service centre and they will solve your problem practically. Here is some Sony Ericsson service centre no- 1 866 766 9374.
I have accomplished master reset of my phone and reinstalled or the firmware and also checked my message settings but I still cannot find delivery report option. Thanks guys for your suggestions.
