Ati Radeon HD 4350 2nd display problem

I have a specific problem with my card.

I set up my TV on S-VIDEO exit on my card, but I can't set it up as a a secondary display.
It's not a hardware problem since when I set it as main, then it works, but then again I can't put my original monitor for second display either (Monitor on DVI output on card)...

I would appreciate help with this...

Have you tried configuring it with windows
start>Control Panel>Display>Adjust resolution
Once you get the monitors set up the way you want, you don't have to do anything further. The setting are usually retained when you turn off the computer.
