A desktop computer seems to be hacked and the hacker seems to be able to control the computer remotely as
1.the Keyboard stops working
2.Unable to install new programs
3.Computer hangs when certain programs are started
Kindly help and suggest how to
1.identify the hacker
2.Stop this problem
This looks like some kind of issue related to your operating system. Did you had installed any kind of new software in your system. Restart your system and then press F8. Choose safe mode and run System Restore. Remove all unwanted programs that are not needed. Scan your system with antivirus and then check back. Always keep your system updated and if still there is a issue take a backup and then re-install windows.
