From last some days I am using HTC Sensation XE mobile phone and all the things were going good. Now suddenly my screen has stopped responding. I have tried to solve this problem by trying various solutions but that doesn’t help me to solve this problem. Now please tell me what I should do to get rid of this issue. Any help will be appreciated.
I have gone though the problem which you are facing with your device and I will suggest you to try to solve this problem by doing follow steps. First remove the battery from your device and then insert it again and after that you have to press and hold the volume down button and then you have to also press the power button. Now after that when you see the android logo on the screen at that time leave the button and then you have to select the factory reset option by using the volume keys. After that you have to press the power button to start the reset process and after that your problem will get solved.
Try this solution and then let me know what the result is.
If above solution doesn’t help you to fix this issue then you have to visit the HTC service center and then you have to tell them the problem and after that they will check your HTC Sensation XE and then also identify the exact problem. If they find problem with the device then you may get replacement.
