Lenovo IdeaPad V570 getting paused at the Please Wait screen

I have been using Lenovo IdeaPad V570 and I did not had any problem with it until now and the problem that I am facing is that I my laptop gets paused at the Please Wait screen often and to get it work I have to force shutdown by simply pressing the power button and then it starts working well on restart but now this has started taking place more often and I really want to get rid of this problem. Is there anyone who has faced the same and has an idea about it and can help me out as well? Any help regarding the same will be appreciated.

In that case I think that you should try out a doing the same with the motherboard but then before doing that just make sure that you are having ms updates as well, I mean that the process is same with the that of the hard reset, here you will have to unplug the motherboard and then wait for 30 seconds and then just press the power-on a couple of times just to make sure that the power off the PSU well and then again plug the motherboard and then start up again. Here it will take power off the BIOS and then next time you reboot it will recreate the DMB stack. Just check it out and see if it is making any difference or the problem still exist.:thumbup1:

Hey I have tried the same and I think that it is helping out but then I am not sure if it has actually solved it out or it has just stopped the problem for this while. The same problem should occur every hour or whenever I used to restart my laptop for the first time but after trying this out that it has not occurred again and just in order to check it out I have turn it off and then restarted it 5 times and till now I have no faced the same problem. I will let you know if I face the same problem again, till then thanks a lot for sharing this solution.:biggrin:

I think that you might have been lucky but then the same method is not working out for me, after trying it out when I restarted the laptop then it worked fine and then when I did the same again then it again got stuck at the please wait and now I am again using the same hard reset method. I really want to solve this out soon. I have by now tried hard reset and the above method as well and I have also tried to boot in to the safe mode but then even it did not helped. Please help!!

Even I was having the same problem and I had tried the following:

• Hard reset.
• Unplugging the mother board and then plugging it again.
• Factory setting.
• Clearing the cmos and all.

But nothing worked for me and then I just went to the place from where I had bought it and even they tried the same and they were not able to get it work and I got a replacement for the same and it was working fine by now but then even the new one has started in resulting the same and now I am really running out of ideas.

Hey I have tried out factory setting today and I it has solved the problem and now it is working fine as it was working in the starting. I am really thankful to you all for your suggestion.
