Unable to get the red ink cartridges to print on hp c7280 printer

While using the HP c7280 printer. So as to not capable to obtain the colors red cartridges to print. So accordingly all the prints come in the some different colors like sometime it will be come on green or in yellow etc the red parts of the image doesn’t come on the red colors so I just cleaned the contat and the instrument from the cartridge ink port etc. so I contain and should want to replaced the red cartridges, still don’t get the better working response. The web site is a disaster zone for me, with no relevant answers to my problems, printer is out of warranty.

I think need to follow the a number of step that might be help out you initial eliminate all the cartridges from the printer after that just to clean the cartridges you wish for to pull all the cords from the printer and need to plug the printer back in and just wait until you the printer didn’t say that the cartridges is have been miss or some damaged.

I am done the entire thing for the printer that I already test and make also alignment nut still I am getting similar issue about the fail to red ink cartridges are now as register full. It’s a bit strange so as to it print one lot of magenta on 1 analysis but not the additional - any ideas?
