My Samsung Mobile Alarm in not playing sound or vibrating just flashing

Greetings,

I am using a Samsung mobile phone version B7320XSGJAA2, everything is fine with this mobile.

However, in the last two days the alarm of my mobile just getting only flashing at the set time but without playing any sound or vibrating. I tried to change the Tone and put the volume to high, but with no luck only the screen shows the alarm notification.

Please if any one can help me I will be very appreciated and grateful .....

Try to check the settings of Phone Profile. If the profile is set to some other mode then the Alarm will be on vibration mode. For example on Silent or meeting mode. Second thing Play some ringtone and check that the speaker is working fine. If there is no sound then it means the speaker is damage. Before that just have a look in phone profile settings.
