Google doesn't care about Onpage SEO
Currently I am looking for a extremely completive keyword for my site. Right now I am page 3 of Google. I know many have been spending 'off page' marketing similar to paid links except while i analyze the page that ranks so fine for the word I’m chasing you would speak there SEO is deprived. Does Google grade 99% of your website from offpage seo?

On-Page SEO when you are engaging in research and experimentation. You invent a list of keywords and extend as far as possible.
