Need Graphic Card

I have nVidia GeForce 9300 GE Graphic Card and details are in the following link:

Now the problem is, whenever I play games like call of duty moden warfare or battlefield badcompany or prototype with high resolution or high graphic detail, the game works slow.
So I guess I need to buy a graphic card with high memory..
If not?? then what do I have to do??

Well.. My budget is not much.. So please please please help me out and suggest me some decent graphic cards so that I can play games like these and upcoming games too.

I will suggest you to go with the NVIDIA geforce 8500 gt this are better than GeForce 9300 GE. Basically which graphic card you are using is not a dedicated card it’s an integrated card. Basically 8500 is use faster dedicated memory bandwidth as compare with the 9300. Integrated cards typically make use of slower main system memory. I am using the 8500 only and I can play all this high resolution game without any difficulty or I will suggest you to pay some more and go with the ATI it’s nice. BDW whats your exact budget? if you can tell that then i can give you the proper list for graphic cards within your budget.
