I really don't know where this needs to be posted. I am desperate!!! I need drivers for the Okidata Okipage 4w for Vista. I have already went to the Microsoft site and the Okidata site and there are not any drivers listed for Vista. I just thought somebody might know a workaround for this problem. I really need this printer as I have 5 new toner cartridges for it and everyone knows how expensive laser cartridges are. Please help. Thanks :crybaby:
You can go to the okidata official website - select mono page printer and then the Okipage4w. Hope that solves your issue.

Thanks for replying to my posr but as I stated before there are NOT any drivers listed for Vista on the Okidata or the Microsoft site, thats why I could use some help.the drivers for XP will not work. Does anyone else have a suggestion? Thanks for reading.:crybaby:
Have you tried installing the drivers of the Okipage 4w in your vista pc in vista compatibility mode? After downloading the driver, right click on it and select the Compatibility tab, and you can choose to run the program in Windows XP compatibility mode, or even all the way back to Windows 95 compatibility. Hope that helps you out.
I tried the compability mode but it does NOT :no: list Vista--only XP, 98, etc. I have tried XP and I am trying the others 1 by 1 but no luck yet. Please let me know if you think of anything else to try. Thanks again!!!!
OK--I have tried everything in compability mode but still no luck--Any other suggestions from anyone would be appreciated.
It seems that the OKI printer manufacturer have described in their official release already that there will not be Windows vista printer driver support for your product. If you have Windows vista on your computer you might like to consider upgrading your printer or multifunction product to one that is supported by Microsoft Windows vista. You may want to downgrade to windows xp to use the Okipage 4w printer.
