some days ago I had bought a Hp Photosmart 8450 with two-sided printing accessory and i used to use it with my pc having XP3 and it used to work very fine with it but today when i tried connecting it to my laptop having Window 7 the printer software is failing to recognize the duplex device which is attached to it,any help regarding the same will be higly appreciated.
even i am using a Photosmart 8450 which used to work fine in my desktop running on windows XP home but now when i went to install it in other desktop running on windows vista.I have installed the driver and have i also tried "HP Print Diagnostic tool" but i am getting errors like "unable to connect the selcected printer" so please save your work and restart the printer or restart your computer ahter checking the usb cable.I have tried all thes for a no of times but i still have the same problem and the error message again and again.suggestion for solving this will be appreciated.
I have bought a new HP photosmart 8450 and I had tried using it with my desktop running windows xp service pack 2 but i am not able to get the driver for my printer installed i have tried doing it with the help of disk from hp? i am not able to find a way out,can anyone help me to solve this problem.
