Upgrade Acer Aspire 5740 LCD resolution to 1600x900 or 1920x1080

I am looking for a perfect way to upgrade my systems Screen resolution. I am using the Aces Aspire 5740 and I would like to upgrade the LCD’s screen resolution to 1600x900 or 1920x1080. I know that it has bigger screen and e-sata port. Is there any compatible upgrade for this?
