Confusion regarding ram compatibility on asus crosshair v formula

I want to buy G.skill Ripjaws X 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2133MHz F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL for my asus crosshair v formula.....but it has not been listed in the
qualified ram list of mobo...can i take the risk and buy it?????any kind of help is welcomed.....and also if anyone knows when zambezi processors are debuting????

There can be certain doubts on that. For this in my advice you must try a dual channel kits over motherboard that has supports for Tri channel ram. It is also not possible to use a higher number of ram over the same board due to compatibility issues. It must be listed properly in the motherboards compatibility list or else it is not a worth investment. For such Corsair Dominator TR3X6G1600C8D is more recommended here.
