Hi, I own a WD TV LIVE PLUS player and its works very fine, but I want to use the internet with it and for that I want to use the keyboard as well rather than the standard remote, so is there any one here who had used any wireless keyboard with the player? If yes then please help me with choosing any of the model. And I have doubt too as can we use any of the wireless keyboard with the player or we need to use the particular keyboard only? any suggestion would be appreciated.
I used to use the Logitech Wii keyboard, and would suggest you the same to use, because in this keyboard you’ll get the very good connectivity and along with that you can have access to your favorites with the multimedia keys. There are too many keys provided in the keyboard such as home button or shortcut to the browser, and after that when it comes to multimedia functions you can simply adjust the volume as well.
Yeah you can use any of the wireless keyboard with the player you have no need to have a specific keyboard for the player. But as a advise I would say you should always make sure about the device that you are going to buy because if you buy the cheapest one you’ll glitches with the connections, as this is the only source of connection. So according to me as well whatever model you choose but get it from the Logitech only, I am not sure about other brands.
I am using the Apple wireless keyboard with my player, so you can have this option as well. and it seems that you are trying to connect such a keyboard for the first time, so you should get this one only because the interface that it has is very easy to understand, see I am using this keyboard from past 6 months and never got any problem with it, so I am sure about the performance that you’ll going to get with this keyboard, but the only thing that may cause an issue is the price, because it is quite costliest them the ordinary brands.
If I suggest you one of the models from the any of the brand so that would not make any sense to you as well, so according to me you should check the various models from the internet first of all and then only select any one of them. And the best things is like you don’t have any restriction with the brand or the type, so in this case you can have variety of keyboards, or you can simply have a keyboard buying guide, so you’ll get the better idea about each and every product with the good specification.
