I had purchased an HP DJ 1000 inkjet printer which uses 802 cartridges. It ran out of ink after printing 102 pages. I tried to refill the cartridge, the ink was filled to the full capacity. The problem is that the printer prints only a half page or less and no ink comes out of the head afterwards.
What may be the reasons?
I think that there might be some part broken or misplaced in the meantime, If this has not happened then I would suggest you to check out the toner of the cart and the shake it tenderly and then look back and you might possible discover the a mass of hard-earned toner that you need to remove , , if still the problem persists then I check if there is any vacuum accumulated inside the hole( nozzle ) . try to remove that vacuum. And then clean the glass strip which may be possible be obstructed by the toner .
