Re: Unable to charge LG enV3
I have one question to ask you that from where you are charging the phone from the wall charger or from the USB port or from the computer. Have you ever tried to pull the battery from the phone try out this and then put the battery out for about 1 to 2 minutes and then replace it and then make a power back up and the charger you are using is branded. And I think that the problem is with the cables of the charger have you ever noticed that when you touch the phone it is hot then I surely think that the problem is with the cables of the charger.
Re: Unable to charge LG enV3
From the discussion going on I think that the problem would be in the battery I think that you should switch off the phone and then remove the phone and then keep the battery out for 10 to 15 minutes and then insert the battery in the phone and then see the charging and one important thing is that you have to use the Smartphone till the battery is not null and then charge the Smartphone after switching off the phone so that when you will remove the charger then also you will get more battery backup.
Re: Unable to charge LG enV3
I would like to recommend you that I think that the phone is rated something as 5.5 hours of talk-time and a week of standby time. One thing I want to suggest you that if you are having the Bluetooth device than I think that if you are having 2 to 3 bars of charging then I think that when you talk on the Bluetooth device then the charging will drop down from 2 bars to 0 bars. And the Bluetooth in the mobile would be off if the work is over because of this there must be draining in the problem. And you have to off the backlight of the screen in shorter time.
Re: Unable to charge LG enV3
Just tell me that have you tried to charge the phone with the help of the USB plugged in the computer. Try to charge in this way but you have to keep in mind that you have to plug the phone directly into the computer. You don’t have to connect it with the help of the USB port or with the help of the peripheral device like with the help of the keyboard or with the HUB. I think why to waste energy just use the wall plug. And then you have to just change the backlight settings to go off quickly after 7 to 10 seconds. You have to change both the internal and the external backlights. You have to change the battery from the Verizon. Hope this helps you.
Re: Unable to charge LG enV3
I think the problem is with the pairing of the USB device and then leave the Bluetooth power on and in this case it drains the battery of the phone. In this case if you are not using the Bluetooth then please turn off the Bluetooth by just going it into the main menu and then switching it on. And in this case you have to set the backlights for the screen will stay off after a time period.
Re: Unable to charge LG enV3
If the USB cable is not working properly then I think that there must be problem in the cables of the phone. And I think that it is showing that it is not compatible and I think that you should replace the charger from the Verizon. I think that there must be the problem in the charging port. And I hope that this will help you to solve the problem.
