Uploading picture from kodak easyshare m530 camera to computer

Hey! I have got a brand new Kodak easyshare m350 camera on my birthday but it seemed to be something wrong with the camera. I am unable to upload pictures from camera into my computer. My all the pictures are saved in the memory card of the camera. When I plugged the camera with the USB, it will appear on my computer screen but it will not show or let me upload any pictures. Help me please.
