Nintendo 3DS top screen is slightly wobbly

Hello, last week I buy this Nintendo 3DS portal gaming console and now there is some major problem happens in this system. I realized that the top screen of this portal gaming console device is to be slightly wobbly. It means that the screen is unstable.
