i am opting for an Asus Z68 with i7 2600k .. which ram shud i opt for . it says dual channel . does it mean i hav to insert 2 memory modules or only a single ddr3 ram with dual channel e.g corsair vil do.. does the overall performance b affectd if the othr ram slots arent used!!
How much memory or ram do you want to add in your Asus Z68 with i7 2600k build? In any case you can go with the G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Memory which will cost you $80.93, if you are buying it online, however the rate may defer depending on the computer vendor shop or so.
I wanted 2 add a 4gb RAM!! i was asking whethr i need 2 insert a single chip of 4GB or a (2 X 2) gb modules i.e two modules!!?? ripjaws is not avaliable in my area.! so i'm thnking of corsair..
