Troubleshooting msi KT6V

Hey friends, i have small company that I and my 4 friends handle. We are basically a small company with a low income and low budget. Recently we had some problem with over server that handles the other 4 machines; basically we had two KT6V MS-7021 version 1 motherboards. That handles the reset of the components situated on it .So I started trouble shooting it so as to solve the problem by myself. But when I open the case I did not find any error. SO can someone one please tells me where the problem is.

It seems like there is something wrong with the mother board you are using tell me do the fans start rotating if you power on only the board, without CPU, memory, etc? Hey mate , I am extremely sorry for not posting such vital information well I have two KT6V MS-7021 version 1 motherboards I tried troubleshooting this problem but failed. My one mother board has been in use in a server for a couple years, but this break of day I found it dead. owing to a heavily-loaded system (i.e 7 SATA drives plus an IDE boot drive), my preliminary thought was that the power supply had given up, so I buy a new Antec 500W supply and also noted a many power capacitors stuffed, because I have recovered another motherboard a couple months ago by this method.

I had a same problem, but it exhibits the exact same problem that you just stated. Follow the steps I am telling you and I hope it makes your system work. Firstly test them on a Duron 1800 and Athlon XP 3000, both of which are working just fine on the motherboard I now have in my server. Also check them with Memory experienced was two sticks of PC3200/512MB and one stick of PC2700/128MB. If still the problem persist then go with the video cards hardened on PCI card and one AGP card, together of which are very necessary models I have also used two diverse CPU fans to eliminate that prospect. One odd thing that I revealed is that both motherboards will power up when you fortuitously left off the 4-pin power connector. I suggest you to attempt an reset CMOS on both boards, power supply cables disconnected, JBAT jumper changed for a couple minutes, then everything reconnected, check if this works and reply me back in this post. Well, something is incredible wrong now! But I still wish to get a correct response for this, I dragged out the CPU and memory, connected a CPU fan so I could see what happened, and turned on the power supply. Something then popped up, I tinged some magic smoke, and turned off the power as fast as I could. The lubricant still looks in good shape, but there's a 'wet' look around one side of the chip. I'm supercilious it is some kind of oil residue because it's not evaporating.
