Don’t Know Windows 7 Virus Gone Or Not ?

Hello friends there is a problem occurring in my personal computer (pc) the problem is I contain the Windows 7 security virus in my own personal computer(pc) and I myself administer to delete malware bytes to acquire clear of it but equipment at a halt aren't rather right. In case the malware bytes symbol on my desktop has the blue and yellow guard on it through which it formulate me to think that the virus got there in some way or another way. Though I also include Microsoft Security fundamentals and it also not opening currently. In case of any problem occurred I will have to clear my whole computer and start over new but I don’t want to do this unless I know that it will fix everything. Please help me in solving this case I will be truthful to you frankly . . .
