Can headphones be plugged in to the S-video Output

Hello everyone I want to ask a small question with you all. Well the thing is that I have a dell Inspiron laptop and have a small query, I have just developed a small interest for DJ ing. So my laptop basically has only one output port for the headphones I know about the S-Video output it is basically used for the digital music output and I am thinking that the S-video output port can be made for the headphones. So that’s what my basic idea was, so I just need to know is this method possible for me or not? If it is possible then I need to know how? So please do let mention me about the same.
