Hi I am using Nokia E7 and using the same from last few days and it has really impressed me a lot. It features are almost as same as of the Nokia N8 and really the functionality is powerful. But the only thing that is worrying me here is that the mails that I am sending are not saved in the sent mail box or folder. I don’t know why the mails are not saved here so please help me in this case and let me know what I can do to solve the issue here.
The first thing that I want you to do here is that just see whether the Mobile phone that you are using just check the settings that you have done on your system and then open the same and just see whether the option which is known as save the sent messages or in this case save sent mails and see to it that it is turned ON and if it is not then it will definitely not allow you to save the messages. I am sure that this will help you to solve the issue and nothing else.
Did you set Save sent messages? If not, will not appear in the sent messages folder. It can be activated through the following steps view. Menu home screen - Messages - Options - Settings - Other - Save sent messages and ensure that messages are stored on the phone enough, set the "Number saved messages" to 999. That is the maximum amount. You can save and I hope that it will really help you to solve the issue.
Well have you tried updating the version of the phone that you are using if not then here is that one suggestion for you that is just try and update the software of the mobile phone. I know that the mobile phone that you are using is new but still there is possibility that the viruses may infect the same and I am sure that the updation will definitely allow you to solve the issue and also the problem will never come in future.
As said by you that the messages are not saved in the sent box then I went in to the nostalgia of mine problem. Actually the thing here is that when I was facing the similar kind of problem I also tried lot of things to recover the issue but nothing helped me here in this one. And at last the only option that was remained in front of me was just to place a complaint in front of the Nokia officials. I am sure that once you will do this thing then you will not get any of the issues with the phone because they will definitely solve the issue
The operating system Symbian S60 (5th edition) limit the maximum loading time of applications. Twenty seconds were enough to turn it on. The E7 supports all networks (EDGE, WiFi and 3G +). The pages are perfectly scaled and touch screen navigation is very nice. I want you to change the browser it will definitely help you to get rid of the issue
Delete the mail box and try setting up the mail box again.
