Noise appear when navigating Windows XP with Xonar DG
I just got my Xonar DG in the mail last night and have run into a problem. I noticed that every time I open the programs, tabbed browsing, scrolling through documents, I get some noise coming out of the headphones. It's like a very low static volume gets stronger every time you do anything. If you just leave my computer on the desktop, you do not hear the noise. I'm a little surprised to see others complain about the same problem too, so he plans to return this card to get an immediate refund. I thought ASUS would be a good alternative to the idea, but apparently I was wrong.

Same problem here, they say it is probably caused by other hardware in your computer (power supply, main power regulator on board). It seems a little strange to me, because 3 people are experiencing this problem in a few days. I not at all had this difficulty through additional sound cards. I pay money for this card few days ago and the difficulty only occurs when I am making use of the headset mode. Try changing the volume through the volume wheel on top of ASUS Xonar control center while listening to the headphones, the noise is much worse. If I were ASUS, I want to do quality control in the new Xonar DG.

I'm using a Creative Audigy SE and not hear any noise at all, just total silence, even at maximum volume. What’s humorous thing is this card is based on top of the SB Live! It’s Chipset which is more than 10 years of age. I will attempt my Xonar DG on an additional computer; if I obtain the similar difficulty I'm sending back in support of a refund and stay away from the Xonar. The noise is moreover worse when you shift the mouse, it is extremely strange. If you search on a Google for this problem, you are able to find other customers through the same difficulty.

It is a very odd difficulty. I tried a lot of things to obtain rid of it, but nothing works. I tried to install other drivers, I disconnected the front panel, I tried to connect the PC to a wall outlet discovered, and I disconnected my graphics card. I have this problem when I connect my headset on the front panel, with all the settings I try (even when utilize "speaker" mode on the rear panel). I also heard the noise when I plug my headphones into the back panel and choose "headset, but I have none when I connect the headphones to the rear panel and choose otherwise," 2 Speakers ".

I had a faint noise / buzz from the speakers. I took a cheapo stethoscope and persecuted by the inside of my case. It turned out that the OCZ StealthXStream had the similar interior noise and was the source. You have to be replaced and alls good if you can, endeavor on an additional computer earlier than RMAing. USB extender installed for my Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard noise disappeared. I had noticed that the mouse move created more lively, popping.
