Dell 720 Printer not In Sync with my System

I have a Dell 720 printer. Whenever I need, and try to connect this so I am not reached the point of use, I have to bring my computer to it and connect with USB. This is absurd when I bought a competent wireless network printer can not have this problem at HP. When I click print - printing. When you click Search, explorations.
