Airport Extreme loses network frequently

I've been using my Apple AirPort wireless home network. I have a macbook pro iphone, and IPAD in my house and everything for my personal use that are connected together to my WLAN. When I try to connect my macbook pro to my wireless network, the connection is successful without any problem, but after some use every 5-10 seconds is displayed continuously on the network. "This really breaks and irritated when I was working on some important things to download streaming videos. Is there any way around this hunting network every few seconds? The receiving network shows five bars correctly.

I think the Apple Airport is not receiving adequate power supply constantly. When a power change much to it, shows how it can fall into relationship and looking for a network to reconnect after every few minutes.
