I have had my computer for a few years and... until recently i have had NO problems, but now... i have been getting an error message that says the USB device is not recognized and my webcam is not registering. What do i do to make it work? i have installed windows 7 in the past year, but this is more recent in the past 3 months.
I think that the USB which you are using for the connection is might be having the malfunctioned and that is why getting the issue with the same. Try to connect to any other USB Port and specially connect to the Back panel of the cabinet which is working properly with the same. So if you can then try this out and see whether this is working with the same or not.
