I have Nokia C5,it was really irritating when I see Application bar appears on screen, I like to display my photos on screen ,but because of application bar they never looks good that’s why I want to remove it . I really want to know procedure to put it off, from my screen if anybody knows the solution for it, reply as soon as possible.

It is an easy procedure to remove the application bar from your screen you just need to follow these steps:-
• Go To settings
• Personalize
• Standby
• Select basic
This will remove application bar from your screen ,and you can make it visible in future.
There is an option available in your headset which helps you to dock application bar at corner of a screen or at a bottom. you just need to go to settings, personalize there instead of selecting basic you can select any direction where you want to put your application bar. this will keep application bar on screen for shortcut purpose and also helps you to look your screen better than classic view.
one more alternative is available for removing your application bar from your screen. instead of removing it completely customize it and keep only those
application's or folders shortcut keys which you use mostly. this will provide you both functionality that is nice look and feel for your headset's screen
and faster access to application.

I do not want the date and day to be displayed in my home screen.How do i do that . Please let me know if you have any solutions
Well, you can make it not to display the date on homescreen by activating any profile rather than General. But its not at all possible to Restrict the clock from home screen. You can't do that.Quote:
