Is it possible to make 2 way video calling on iPhone through Skype

I have recently bough an iPhone 4 and wanted to install skype on same but before that i wanted to know whether Is it possible to make 2 way video calling on iPhone through Skype, so that i can make 2 way video calls with the brother of mine in abroad.
