MTP problems with recognition of hardware

Recently got a Phillips GoGear MP3 and can't find a way to get it to work
When I connect it to my computer's USB port, a small icon on the bottom of the taskbar appears saying new MTP device, then another one saying GoGear Aria. However when I go to install the new hardware I get a message saying " The specified service does not exist as a specified service". I dont know what to do and I'm not tech savy. Please help.:crybaby:

Are you administrator of the system ? Because many services are restrcited for the users, rather than Administrator. If yes, than do a right click on My Computer, go to Manage and than click on Services. Make sure MTP service is enabled here. Note: You must be administrator for doing this. Reply with the result.
