Which one is the best between ASUS Rampage and p6x58d
I am about to buy a new computer so my difficulty is that which one I be supposed to buy so that I can get the most excellent performance with my core i7 930. I have decided to buy one of the two ASUS motherboard that is P6X58D-E and Rampage III. I will be using a GTX460 1 GB and planning to buy one more in 4 or 5 months period. And one thing to tell you that motherboards SLI performance is vital for me. Please have your comment on the topic of comparisons between two ASUS motherboard, and help me in buying the best out of two.

I don't know which one is the best because I am using only P6X58D-E. So I can inform you about P6X58D-E, it support the feature of 3-Way SLI and also support Quad-GPU with Flexible Multi-GPU explanation, Scalable Link Interface is a product named for a multi-GPU resolution which is developed by NVIDIA for connecting two or more video cards collectively to construct a single output. SLI is a request of similar processing for system graphics, meant to enlarge the processing power accessible for graphics.

I have a Rampage III GENE motherboard for my core i5 system. It is good if you are looking for, motherboard for over clocking but for SLI or CrossFireX? For SLI and for cross fire features you have to ask it from demand technology it is no longer inbuilt. So as far as SLI it is good to have P6X58D-E. But the Rampage has superior slot spacing as compared to P6X58D-E.

I have a problem in getting my Crucial C300 to execute on the Marvel Sata III controller. I have attempted two dissimilar C300s and but I failed to execute it. The Basic Input Output System saw them it was fine but the Windows would not work also from a clone or a fresh setup. On the fresh install the installation would not succeed after every attempt. I also have two different Rampage III Formulas and two of them had Marvell problem. After then I have tried to run with P6X58D and it works without having any issue on it.
