Hi all, I am using the Samsung wave 525 from last one month. All the functions on it are running without any problem and overall it is a good phone. But I have problem with the memory card on it. My problem is that whenever I try to delete any of the music files from it then it does not delete that and instead of deleting, it shows me message that says: “Can not delete files access denied”. Please help me to overcome this problem. Thank you!!!
Normally this issue happens when any application is running kin the background and that is accessing the memory card files. If that is the case then your files can not be deleted and it will show you the problems like this. To fix this, you have to restart your phone and this will end all the process and only the OS will be there in the memory. Now without doing anything else, you can try to delete the files.
There may be some bug in your memory card that is not allowing the phone to delete the file. Just remove the card from your phone and connect that to computer via card reader. Take the backup of your filers to your computer if that is important and after that format the memory card completely from your computer. Now insert that to your phone again and this may solve the problem for you.
