I would like to share you some fundamental financial concepts which is related with the capital marketing economy for the recent trend of marketing policy. In classical economic and also the real capital, capital goods are known as the factor of production to produce goods and services which are not significant to consumed. Capital goods are acquitted with two things which are money and the finance. In this way the total physical capital of the organization is termed as the capital stock. This is same used for the business entity. In the basic language the capital is defined is, it is the thing which is used to enhance the power of workflow which use the economic strength. In the sense of Marxian economics and political economy capital is the way by which anything can sell and again it can also be buy.
As per my knowledge the Financial capital or also we can say that the capital in the field of accounting and finance, are useful to provide funds by the lender or the investors of any organization or the business field. In the business purpose the idea of capital is acts as for producing the good and services for the consumers. The real capital and the Economic Capital are the concepts which are comprise the physical goods which is used for the production of other goods and services.
In the field of banking secrecy which is also known as bank privacy is the legal process which contains some of the jurisdictions, under that method some of the banks are not allowed to provide any information about their customer, which is authorized, personal and the account information, unless with some of conditions which only for the customers. Where as in some of the ceases this information’s are can be allowed to provide to the beneficial users of the bank. This method is under the financial privacy of any organization. All the financial information about the customer s is can allow to share with the owner of the bank account. This financial conditional are given by the governing of the origination. Bank secrecy is provide in some of the countries like the Switzerland, Switzerland. Singapore etc. this banking privacy policy is introduced by the Swiss Banking with the act of 1934.
The Corporate finance is the another field of finance which deals with the financial decisions for the business enterprises, for making the decisions for the financial growth of the organization with some of the pre-assigned methods which is comes under this. To maximize the corporate value of a company is the primary goal of the organization. With the help of the managerial finance processes the corporation manages the financial risk which are happen in the company financial sector, by studying some of financial decision of the company. Remember that without the financial decision of the firm the corporate field is alone for making its place in the market. Some of the financial companies which are works only making the decisions for a particular company will be hired for this purpose, because for all the company this is not possible to make the desired decisions for the growth of the company.

For the current assets and current liabilities of a company the short term decisions are taking, by this they can easily keep track on them during the bad financial condition. So the main purpose of financial planning is for managing cash, inventories, and short-term borrowing and lending.
