Birthday calendar on my iphone shows birthdates increased by 1 day

I am using Microsoft Office on my computer in order to manage my contacts. I also use it for the purpose of synchronizing my contacts with my iPhone. On my computer all the contacts are having correct date of birth, but if i open any contact on my iPhone and check the birth date, then i am able to find that all the dates are increased by one day. Why i am getting this problem on my iphone. Does anyone have solution for fixing this problem? I greatly need your support on this issue. So please try to provide your suggestion on this issue. I am having the following environment-
iTunes 10.1
iphone 3GS
Microsoft Office 2010
Windows vista

I have a solution for solving this problem. If you are having Time Zone Support enable on your Outlook and on your iPhone. Then i will suggest you to disable it. After disabling it again try to unable it after some time. Now try to view the date of birth in the contacts on your iphone. I think doing this will probably solve your problem.

I am also getting the same problem on my iphone. But in my case the date of births are decreased by 1 day. I have tried to implement the solution given by Vandam, but it did not help me in solving my problem. I really need your support as i am getting frustrated with this problem. Please do provide your help as early as possible. Even i would like to thank you for the previous reply.

I will recommend you to do the following try-

1. Go to the Settings on your iphone.
2. Then go to Mail, then Contacts and finally go to Calendars.
3. Inside the there is option to enable or disable the Time Zone Support.
4. Try to disable it.
5. Also try to turn off the synchronization between your iphone and the computer.
6. Restart the iphone and now again try to make the sync.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried the solution given by Orion lella and i was able to fix my issue after trying this solution. I turn off the synchronization between your iphone and the computer and restarted the iphone. After doing that when i tried to sync it with the outlook, then i was getting correct birthdates on my birthday calendar. So i would once again like to thank you for your support.

Even i am facing the same problem and i have tried all the solution which was given above, but none of them were able to solve my issue. I am now getting irritated with this problem as it is not getting solved out, even after trying so many solutions. So please try to provide me some other solution and remove me out of this issue.
