I am using internet explorer 8 on my system. I normally like to play MSN games on my system. I was able to play the game without any problem. But from the last 5 days i am getting an issue i.e. when i play the MSN games, then some time small pop up appear on my system. Due to this my internet explorer 8 is crashing down. I have tried to reinstall the browser, but it is not solving my issue. Does any one have some knowledge related with this problem? Please do help me. Thanks.
Try doing the following things on your browser window.
- First open the internet explorer window.
- Then Go to the tolls option in the menu bar.
- Then go to Internet Options in it.
- After doing that go to the Advanced tab.
- Then will require clicking on the reset.
- Then close the window and click OK.
- Restart the browser.
Hope that your problem will get solved out after trying this solution.
I have a solution for this problem. Refer these steps
- Go to start.
- Then type the command inetcpl.cpl inside the run and click OK.
- Now go to the Programs tab
- Inside these go to the Manage Add-ons option
- After doing that, click on the Toolbars and Extensions
- Here you will be getting show options, where you have to click on the all add-ons
- Try clicking on any one of the add-ons and press the CTRL + A key.
- Try to click on the disable
- Close the window and click on OK.
I think that after trying this solution you will surely be able solve your issue.
I have referred both the posts, but i have tried to implement only one solution i.e the solution of disabling the add-ons . I am able to solve my issue after trying this solution. I am playing the game without any issue and even my system is not crashing now. The solution which you have provided to me was really a nice one. I would like to thank you for posting the reply.
