Smooth Streaming on Windows Phone 7

Hi friends, I am the new customer for the Window phone 7. Previously I have being working with the silverlight application. Can anyone help me? I got the severe problem while working with my project on the windows phone 7 applications. Some of the coding in my project displayed the error message. While tried similar codings of my project in silverlight application. I was able to run it. However the same code does not worked in windows phone application. It display some unspecified error on the line. How could I Implement the smooth streaming on Window Phone 7. Please help me to fix this issue!

Windows Phone 7 previously not supported smooth streaming, but in the latest version it supports the smooth streaming. Adding the references to the code such as System.Windows.Browser.dll, it may work for getting a sample to load without any kind of error. You would might running into not supported exceptions or any other exceptions depending on the features that are used. The right method for using such kind of assemblies is to rebuilt the assembly with the unsupported dependency removed. Smooth streaming is supported but the assembly for it used is smooth streaming.dll from the expression encoder. Expression encoder is not supported on windows phone 7.

Well now windows phone 7 support the smooth streaming. As I know the smooth steaming assembly has the dependency on the System.Browser.dll which is not supported on windows Phone. Hope you’re coding may have the System.Browser.dll that is why it display the error message. SilverScreen may support it that is why it works on it. The primary purpose of smooth streaming format is to enable developers to create applications which can generate PIFF compliant smooth streaming formatted fragment.

Smooth streaming most probably is being not supported in windows phone 7. Where as in case of silverLight smooth streaming it is supported. As your some of the codings on windows phone 7 diplayed the error message where in case of silverLight it has no such kind of error messages. In case of media element the smooth streaming occurs. The media element is the only option that I am aware of that you can use for the media streaming in your application. It might get change in the future.
