I have just bought a brand new Apple iPhone for me and I love it to use it lot. But unfortunately a very bad thing is happened to it that is; it fell down by me on last week. And the screen is broke completely. I do not understanding what to do now for that. If anyone having suggestion on this then please reply me.
I have gone through your question and I will suggest you to go for Apple support system for that. As far I know that I Apple is not responsible for the physical damage of iPhone, they are only take care of the technical problems. Since you have bought it new so atleast you can ask them for replacement the iPhone by giving extra cost.
I was suffering by same trouble with my iPhone, but fortunately I had insurance for the same as I have got insurance for my entire expensive thing. So because of that I got my money back and then I bought a new iPhone. Now I am using it very carefully. So if you have insured your iPhone then I am sure it is better for you.
As you have written that iPhone is fell down by yourself. For that I think you should make contact with the local technicians on this. You can repair it by yourself but there are many risks.
