Pci card to detect motherboard faults

There is a pci device that detect the motherboard faults on his screen, i need its manual. Plzzz Some one help me......:thumbup1: :thumbup1:

i suppose you have that device. then hunt for the manual on the net or any market.
els you can buy such device from electronics market.
