BIS loses connection when leaving a wifi network on Torch 9800

I am using Torch 9800 phone from blackberry which has great features and provide you the power to connect to internet in your phone through internet and wifi because I need my work emails to be access and blackberry keeps me in connect that’s the reason I am using it beside so many company in market. But from couple of days I am facing problem that I am not able to use blackberry internet service when I did connection diagnostics then it says No Blackberry Registration.

There can be a issue of the network at particular location that is there your phone is not able to get proper response from the network operator. You can try to connect your phone with internet in your phone in any other place where you can find good signal strength from your operator. This can be easy way to solve your problem with BIS.

This can be problem with your phone internet settings which might have been changed by some way so your blackberry phone is not able to connect to the internet. To fix such setting issue you can contact to your network operator which will provide you with the manual setting for your blackberry torch 9800.

Think you have problem with the software or the program in your blackberry phone you can fix this problem with your phone only at service center where they will fix all your phone problem after you will able to use blackberry internet service. So go to the nearest blackberry service center to resolve your problem.

You can try to wipe or not just a reset to factory settings and then only use those application that are present on your phone from blackberry. Don't add 3rd party applications to your phone and see if it is working fine. If that works after a couple days, add other 3rd applications to it one by one and see what the issue is.
