LG vs Panasonic Bluray Player?

I have just purchased a new LG 32'' LCD TV and now i want to watch the high quality movies on it so i am planning to buy a bluray player for that. I am little bit confuse between the LG bluray player and Panasonic bluray player, i like LG as the LCD is of the same brand so it will be better compaction with that and at the same time my friend told me that Panasonic has good performance then LG. So, please provide me the suggestion on which one to buy for my LCD; any suggestion will be helpful.

As you want the Bluray player for the LG LCD then the same brand will be preferable than the others as it will work better in combination of the same specification.
