My problems is related with Flash 10 which used to play video online on internet. i visit lots of website which does not recognize the flash player 10 installed when i surf with Firefox as my browser. But the same website recognize flash 10 when try it with some other browser. what can be the issue which is crating such problem when try to use flash 10.
This problem can be of your internet i.e. internet may be down because of which you are not able to use flash player 10. so First check if your internet connection is running with sufficient speed to run any video from site. if this is the issue behind it then you can fix it by contact to your internet provider. they will check your internet speed and tell you this will fix your problem.
You can go for the below mention procedure to fix your problem :
- First download uninstaller for flash player from Adobe.com
- Go for download installer from Adobe.com
- After that close Firefox.
- First run the uninstaller and then the installer.
- After all above is done open your Firefox browser.
this might help to solve problem with flash player.
If you are not able to solve your problem by solution given so you can try to go for the latest and advance version of Firefox to fix the problem. It may be that you have not installing Flash properly , while installing flash player just look if all browsers are completely closed you can check for active process with firefox.exe. after all close Install Flash 10 and then go for loading up Firefox When loading is finished just type in "about : plugins " at top in URL bar. See if flash player is there if yes then check for the version.
