Norton 360 V4.0 Liveupdate will not update antivirus definition​s

Configuring Vista + sp2. Yesterday I installed Norton 360 version 4.0.0127. I launched LiveUpdate: None of the updates were installed except 1 = "N360 product update" (update recommended) failed. Error 8920, 215. I'm doing a test on my 2 PC with XP + SP3. This morning it was OK This afternoon = Same error on Vista? I waited 10 mins> LiveUpdate restarted (XP PC): No error updates. On the previous version I had N360 V3.8.041 not have this problem (or on Vista and XP). How to solve this problem V4 Norton 360 on Vista?? Do you have a solution?

Sounds like that your product is not registered correctly or it is registered using a fake id and hence i would suggest you to Register the Norton 360 application once again on your system this will definitely help you to get this problem resolved. Reply back again and also tell me whether you are using any other antivirus application.

If you want your updates to be installed properly after performing the procedure mentioned below. If this error occurs for other users of Norton 2010, this is the way forward

• Uninstall Firefox.
• Run Norton LiveUpdate.
• Reinstall Firefox 3.6.
• Run Live Update again.

I had Norton Internet Security and did not has any problems for 2 years! In recent few months this solution N360. I'm having the third install problem i tried the above solution provided but this has not resolved my problems. Any other ideas to get this problem fixed please tell me. Please tell me how can i get rid of this error.
