Re: Problem installing 7210 AIO programs
I had some problems with an HP MFP , and here's the best way I found to install . :
1-Download the latest driver on the HP website ( Personally , I'm on Vista ) . and place it in the root of your hard drive in a répertoide named " 1 "( for example ... it will be easier to find)
2 -switch to "administrator "if you have multiple users.
3- restart printer
4- uninstall the driver you have already tried to install
5- Disconnect from the internet ( unplug the ethernet cable if you are ethernet , disable your wireless card . This is important because it should disable anti -virus (your PC is vulnerable to that time if you 're logged in) and your firewall.
6- Run the installation of drivers say OK to everything and be VERY patient : it can take half hour ... Follow the procedures outlined by the program and after reboot, everything should work ... Your anti - virus is reset automatically at next boot.
Re: Problem installing 7210 AIO programs
USB installation problems occur especially when the user plugs the USB cable at the wrong time during the installation or click " Cancel " when installing the software. In these two cases (or if the installation of your USB printer has failed for any reason whatsoever) , reinstall the driver does not solve the problem . The printer installation may also fail if the components of a previous installation of printer still exist in the system . The uninstall utility provided with the CD - ROM of the printer may not remove all components and it may be necessary to use an uninstaller further , this may be the case with Windows xp and Me.

First, try to print a test page from the Toolbox or the Properties window of the printer. Try to print from an application other than that from which you can not print. If you can not print from Word, try using Notepad , for example . If it works , uninstall and reinstall the application. If the problem persists , contact support for this application .

You eed to use HP Instant Share hat is a free offered to customers of HP. Use HP Instant Share to easily send images by email, order professional prints of your photos or create photo albums online. When you send pictures via email using HP Instant Share, the recipient receives a message containing thumbnails of images and a link to a secure Web site from which it can view, print and download images . This lets you send email messages of smaller size if you send the images themselves.

When your " All in One " is connected to your computer via a USB cable , the message " RTL Unable to start driver ... " may appear during installation. This means that your Windows is unable to establish connection with your HP product. To resolve this problem , follow these steps :
• Click Start, then Programs ( All Programs for Windows XP) , then click the folder Hewlett -Packard , and then click Uninstall Software .
• Right click on My Computer icon , then click Properties on Normal . In the window that opens click the Device Manager tab (For Windows 2000 and XP : Hardware tab then Device Manager button ). Click the + in front of the line USB Controller , other lines appear below. Place your mouse over those appointed Hubs root , click the right mouse button in the menu that appears click on delete normal .
