I am using a Nokia mobile phone (Nokia 2600c) since last one year I am using GPRS through the mentioned nokia mobile phone and downloaded many applications and games by which my cell phone is working slowly I think there are some problem in the phone due to the viruses as I was using GPRS . Now I want to format my phone . Please tell me how to format it ?
To format your Nokia 2600c mobile phone you have to go through the several codes which are used for formatting. The codes are as follows:
1.(*#7780#)- this code will restore the setting but it will save all the data of the user.
2.(*#7370#) - this code will format the whole C:drive and restore the default files.
One can not format Nokia 2600c phone through the menu. It can be done only by using certain steps which are as follows:
A method called "HARD RESET" is used to set the problem at the hardware level. Just use the following steps
1.Switch off the phone
2.Press the three buttons together: Green button(call answer button),* button,and '3'button.
3.At the same time hold the power button to switch on the phone.
4.Release all the button as Nokia logo or any other sign comes like select the language.
and after few attempts you will get the result.
If you don't know how to format your Nokia 2600c than follow the instructions :
switch off the phone than press the buttons together(green key,* & 3) after this press the power button to switch on the phone release all the button after the phone is switched on.After doing these steps if you are not getting the result than contact your nearby Nokia gallery.
