I have purchased a new Nokia C5 mobile phone and its been just 1 week that i am using this phone. There was no problem for using this phone but now i guess there is some problem with this phone as it does not show any number or contact detail at all when somebody call me. What could be the problem?
Seems to be some problem with the software so i think you should reboot your phone. First of all switch it off and then remove the battery out of it and wait for 5 minutes. Now put the battery at its place and switch on your phone and now check that everything works fine or not.
If your phone is not showing anything like not even a number of the person calling you then there is something really serous about your phone's software. I guess you have to reinstall the firmware of your phone which must be having some problem due to which you are not able to see any number on your phone from which call comes on your phone.
If your phone is not displaying any contact details when somebody calls you then most probably, reinstallation of firmware should solve this issue or i just recommend you to directly contact to the dealer from where you have bought this phone. As you should discuss the same problem with him or you may ask for new phone from him then dealer would be having an enough to time to solve this problem.
- First of all start the Microsoft Office Word and then go to the File tab and click on Help.
- Click on the “Change the Product Key” option given on the right side.
- Now enter the Product Key and then click on Continue.
- Click on “Install” and the updation will take place.
- Reboot your microsoft word and then activate it from an Internet.
- Your Office has been activated.
