IE8 and real player problem

I downloaded IE 8 lives, the worst is that real player no longer works, I am sure that the problem is just because of IE 8, before you download real player works very well. The problem is that videos uploaded are "meta file" or "Shockwave Flash Object". My internet connection with real player software is the fastest download for me. Can you please help me with this? Thank you very much, I did restore my system and it works I have IE8 and real player works, cons by my web page is different, the name of the site did not appear at the top of the window I am obliged to support for the window (there is only the internet), there is no tab, should I open each time in a new window or from the history. IE8 incompatible module, download RealPlayer whatever the version. Install a second compatible browser, without uninstalling IE8. Firefox, for example, which is pretty light. I recommend you to use firefox with real player because the plugin is very good and has support to various file formats.
