I think my Hotmail account got hacked as my friend are getting a spam mail regarding some of the selling of medicine which i am not sending but still they are getting this spam mail. I am worried about my account which is got hacked. So if you can help me with the same then please let me know it is urgent. Thanks in advance.
The first thing that i will advise you to go with the changing of the password and the password retrieval setting which you makes your account safer. Just change the password enter the new password using character, Number and symbol which is safer way to make security on account and it is hard to break the same.
I will suggest you to first reset the account of yours. You must change the security question and the password for the retrieval of the Password. Also change the alternate email address which is also help for recovery of the lost password. These all setting will make you to work with the issue of yours. Hope you will like it.

- Change Your Password
- Update/Change your Secret Answer
- Update/Change your alternate e-mail

It is better to contact the Microsoft without wasting the time. as they are the developer of the Hotmail and might be aware of the problem that you are going through. If you ask them about the problem then it is easy for them to provide you the proper solution for same. So contact them and let us know about the response which you got.
