Live Mesh - XP 64 bit support
If Windows 7 is the undisputed star of the 2008 edition of the Professional Conference Developers Microsoft, the company also announced work on future versions of its operating system dedicated servers, Windows Server 2008 R2. Based on the same kernel as Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2 will be distinguished by being the first Microsoft operating system, Windows XP 64-aside, to be available in 64-bit edition. So i want to know that Live Mesh is available for windowsXP 64 bit. Any idea? Please update.

Live Mesh provides each user with a free storage to 5 GB , the " Live Desktop "available via the Internet . To implement the sharing and synchronization of content between multiple devices, each of them must be equipped with small program Live Mesh software. It currently works only on computers running Windows XP (SP2 + ) or Vista, and soon for Mac OS and Windows Mobile. Interestingly, the user can also provide access to the Live Desktop to his friends or colleagues.

Microsoft unveiled Live Mesh, a service for online store and synchronize files, photos and documents between multiple terminals, home PCs , office, laptop and, later, PDAs and mobile phones . A useful service for those who constantly juggle between several machines. Still in testing (Technology preview ) Live Mesh was previously reserved for some users sorted by invitation. Microsoft today opened a little more valves accepting testers who have a Windows Live ( Hotmail , Windows Live Messenger, etc. .) .

If the first version of the application necessary for the use of Mesh only works with Windows PCs ( XP or Vista ), the publisher promises a future compatibility with Macs and Windows Mobile phones before, why not, of Extend it to all devices can communicate with a network TCP / IP. The online interface which allows to connect to service and monitor its network for its staff should work from most of popular browsers.
