I want to create a sms server using J2EE technology, that is I need to develop an application which will let send sms to others. Can I do this in java. Also, please tell me which is the java version I should use to meet my requirements. thank you for your help.

Smtp could know the one hand, the progress of the project and the documentation that you used, in other word, design. and secondly, by developing this application, should there be to have an account with a mobile operator telephone how to have access to the telephone network? I think i am correct here.
IF you want to create your service fee you can send sms "FOR PAYCASH" you will receive an SMS which costs you some charge (inflated type) and you receive a link to a site well that makes things so simple. Actually it's really worth it because for those who spend time this can make quite a supplementary income (you do not live). The system is simple arch (10 clicks at any break) and it receives 45% on each SMS received.

The application should allows sending free SMS "bin? hand if you poss? you should have your own server for sending SMS and all the infrastructure it takes to send an SMS, I do not see how you'll be able to send free SMS.
