Unable to enable javascript in internet explorer 8

Let me write you this message to get help regarding the activation of javascript. I tried on Internet Explorer 7 Firefox and Opera, and none of these browsers display pages correctly with Javascript, yet their respective option is configured correctly, i have adjusted internally to XP. Thank you for your future responses. if possible please tell me why i am not able to enable Java script in Internet explorer browsers.

Internet Explorer 8 will prevent default animations Adobe Flash (unsigned ActiveX component). To activate these components, You should go into the menu "TOOLS" then "Internet Options" and then in the "Security" tab. Click the "Custom Level" and pass the option "Run components not signed with Authenticode" to "Prompt" or "Allow" it is somewhat risky but so becareful.

Try the following method to enable scripting in Internet Explorer:

1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options
2. Select Security tab and then select Internet zone.
3. Click Custom Level.
4. Now go to Security Settings –> Internet Zone dialog box
5. Select Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
6. Finally click the back button in order to return to the back page. Refreh the page to run the scripts.

I would advice you to use the Google chrome browser which takes care of all these things on its own and hence you do not have to worry about it so i would suggest you to install the browser on your desktop and start using the same if you are not able to activate the javascript on the internet explorer. This should resolve the problem.

When I made it on youtube tell me to install the latest version of Flash Player or enable Javascript. So I have the latest version of flash player but it still not working, so I would like to know how how can i install the javascript on this browser. Has anybody familiar about this i would really appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you in advance.

I have been using the internet explorer 8 this method worked for me. i think that this should work in your case too.

1. Double clik the Internet Explorer icon.
2. Click Tools menu -> Internet Options.
3. Go to the advanced tab and click Reset.
4. A new but small Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box will open on your screen, click Reset to confirm.

1. Access Internet Explorer by opening it up on your computer. If it isn't already installed, visit the Microsoft Web site to download the latest version (see Resources below).

2. Go to 'Tools' on the task bar and click on it.

3. Select the 'Internet Options' heading.

4.Locate the tab labeled 'Advanced' and click on it.

5. Scroll through the list of settings until you see the 'Java' category.

6. Use your mouse to place a check in the box beside the only setting option under 'Java.' This setting option is 'Use JRE 1.5.0_05.'

7. Click 'OK.'

8. Re-start your computer. Your computer must be re-started in order for the change you just made to take effect.
